LAB The Laboratory of Supply Chain & Value Network Analytics (SaVAnNA Lab) in the School of Industrial Management Engineering at the Korea University seeks to improve the operations of various service and supply chain systems and develop business analytics methodologies.
Supply chain analytics aims to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by enabling (data-driven) decisions at strategic, operational and tactical levels.
A service value network may be defined as “the flexible, dynamic delivery of a service, and/or product, by a business and its networked, coordinated value chains (supply chains and demand chains working in harmony); such, that a value-adding and target-specific service and/or product solution is effectively, and efficiently, delivered to the individual customers in a timely, physical, or virtual manner.”
